A few examples. We adapt every project to your premises.
A waterproof probe goes into each fridge, display case or freezer, and one board outside reads them all and sends the temperatures over Wi-Fi. AI writes to you when a unit warms up or is running at its limit.
Display case 3 reaches 7 °C every afternoon between 14:00 and 16:00, when the sun is on it. Lower the blind or move the case.
A non-contact infrared sensor watches a motor, bearing, pump or oven and sends its temperature over Wi-Fi. AI tells you when something runs hotter than usual for the same load.
The bearing of Pump 1 is 12 °C warmer than last week under the same load. Grease or replace it before it seizes.
A sealed box on a battery and a small solar panel stands in a field, orchard or greenhouse and sends the temperature and humidity by LoRa radio to a receiver in the building, with no Wi-Fi needed in the field. It warns you of frost, of heat and if the box is knocked over, and AI watches how the temperature falls overnight and tells you when to get ready.
Tonight the temperature in the lower part of the orchard is falling by 1 °C an hour and will reach 0 °C around 04:00. Have your frost protection ready by 03:00.
A platform with four load cells under a gas bottle, a beer keg or a sack of feed weighs it and sends the weight over Wi-Fi. AI tells you how fast it is being used and when to order a new one.
The gas bottle in the kitchen has 4 kg of gas left. At this rate it lasts until Friday morning. Order a new one on Thursday.
